 Andrew is a very capable all round builder with an excellent attitude. He is honest, responsible and a genuinely nice guy. His prices are reasonable and he is clear regarding costs. English is not his first language, and I found it worth making an extra effort to double check we understood one another. He can do most jobs perfectly well so the temptation is to use him for everything all the time. Now and then, a dedicated tradesman is required e.g. the type of wood floor I used, required a specialist fitter with his own equipment and two other guys...
